Applications in bakery products
We offer solutions for the bakery sector, ideal for biscuits, bread, bread substitutes and gluten-free mixes.
Our cereal and legume flours, both raw and heat-treated, ensure quality and variety.
Raw flours come from the milling of selected raw materials, while the heat-treated ones undergo cooking or toasting for microbiological stabilization and customization of the grain size. These products vary in fiber and protein, also adapting to gluten-free needs.
Cereal and legume flakes, obtained by autoclave cooking and lamination, guarantee microbiological stability and are also available gluten-free. These ingredients allow the development of nutritious baked products, satisfying the growing demand for quality and food safety.
Applications in main courses
We offer a wide range of solutions for the production of conventional and gluten-free pasta.
We create special products with a nutritional focus, such as high-protein pasta, made with pre-cooked legume flours (also gluten-free) and customized protein blends. We also offer high-fiber pasta, obtained by adding heat-treated bran or whole grain flours such as oats and wheat. For gluten-free pasta, we provide dedicated cereal and legume ingredients, thanks to our production plant in Italy and advanced technologies that allow us to customize grain sizes and develop tailor-made ingredients.
