From the most varied weights, for the GDO and the retail market, they are made according to current regulations, with the necessary certifications. Inside them the product can be in loose form or contained, in turn, in bags of different types.

With square or cushion bottom, also in this case with the most varied weights, loose (such as 5 or 10 kg for the Foodservice sector) or inside cases. The product can also be vacuum-packed or packaged in a protective atmosphere: technology that, thanks to the replacement of air with a mixture of gases, allows to increase the shelf life period, maintaining the sensory properties unchanged without forgetting the advantages also in economic and ecological terms, since it involves the reduction of waste to be disposed of and the related environmental consequences.

A separate discussion is deserved by the “cooking bags”, very widespread in the European market. These are specific bags that allow the steam cooking of the contained product in boiling water in an absolutely dietetic way, avoiding the use of fats, with excellent results and no loss of flavor.

In raffia or paper (with decidedly heavier weights), it is more suited to the needs of the food industry, which can handle them easily with the systems at their disposal.

Guaranteed by our suppliers for the prevention and minimization of safety risks in food preparation processes, they are naturally suitable for contact with food and are used for supplies to large food industries.

All our products, flours or granular, can be delivered as unpackaged goods or cargo, through the use of tanks dedicated to food substances equipped with a certificate of conformity, to cover longer distances by road.
